If you were going to get a tattoo that really meant a lot to you, and you wanted to put some effort into planning and preparing for it (not just on-a-whim tattooing) what would you get and why?

Right now I want to get my son's foot print, name and birthday put on my ankle (I think, haven't really picked out the place for it yet).
